It made my trip to San Francisco an good experience. Lots of good food for meals. Beautiful building and rooms with comfortable decoration. The staff turned out to be sweet. The location was easy walk to a ferry port, easy for getting around San Francisco.

I loved it, location and staff were very good. The room was luxurious with exceptionally comfortable beds. The bathroom was large, that's important. Early check-in, late check-out.

It was a such wonderful stay, economical place. The staff was easygoing and the room was functional, well airconditioned. Overall the service was courteous. There was a super restaurant, stores and a market next door...

I liked that the lobby was lovely. I got a well stocked room which had clean towels. The location was absolutely perfect close to everything.
They asked to pay usd 15 per 24 hours to get access to the net, yet Wi-Fi was awful.

Wonderful place to stay while in San Francisco. The staff were very very friendly, the hotel was spotless, breakfast was free. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Beautiful lobby. Hot drinks, fast wifi were a nice surprise. Situated in a peaceful area.

The location was ideal and room was extraordinary, I liked AMICABLE staff. The breakfast was complimentary, with plenty of tea and coffee. The stay at this splendid hotel was a very pleasant one.
